Theme: The Lost Heritage
PROGRAMS:
Day 1(Friday 23rd ): JUMAT SERVICE.
Venue: Lagos State(Island), Lagos State Secretariat(Alausa), Iponrin Housing Estate, Lekki and Ikorodu Central Mosques.
Day 2(Saturday 24th): ISLAMIC EXHIBITION/FAMILY FUN DAY
Venue : EVANS SQUARE, Mc Cullum Steet Off Simpson Street, Close to Herbert MaCaulay Way (3rd Mainland bridge)
Day 3(Sunday 25th): HUMANITARIAN VISITATION.
Venue: Kirikiri Maximum prison yard, N. O. Hospital, Igbobi, Bab-es-salam Orphanage home.
Day 4(Monday 25th): FEED THE NATION.
Venue: Garages, bus stops, streets around Lagos state.
Day 5(Tuesday 27th): QURAN COMPETITION AND QUIZ
Venue: Unilag, Islamic Center hall, behind the Mosque.
Day 6(Wednesday 28th): UNIVERSITY VISITATION
Venue: Unilag, Muslim Community Mosque
Day 7(Thursday 29th): PUBLIC LECTURE/ FUND RAISING.
Venue: Combo Hall, LTV Lagos

MCAN WEEK!
As salam alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatu,
MCAN WEEK IS HERE!!!! We are very excited about this debut event. The MCAN Week will Insha Allah increase the awareness of MCAN here in Lagos State amongst both Muslims and non-Muslims.
MCAN Week will be taking place from May 23rd to May 29th, Insha Allah. The week's schedule is as follows:
- Friday, 23rd May - Jumu'ah Prayer/Opening Prayer
- Saturday, 24th May - Family Fun Day
- Sunday, 25th May - Prison Visitation, Hospital Visitation, Orphanage Visitation
- Monday, 26th May - Feed The Nation
- Tuesday, 27th May - Quran Competition & Islamic Quiz
- Wednesday, 28th May - University Visit
- Thursday, 29th May - Public Lecture/Closing ceremony
The Theme of the week is ISLAM: THE LOST HERITAGE. Insha Allah, throughout the week's activities we hope to shine more light on the true teachings, manners and way of life of Islam as the Prophet (SAW) has taught us. The week's events will Insha Allah show that Islam is a peaceful and beautiful religion aimed at unity and peace amongst the people, while also showing that Islam is a religion that teaches us to share, care and look after all those around us.
All the public events i.e. Jumu'ah, Family fun day, Quran & Islamic Quiz and Public lecture are ALL FREE, and open to all members of the public, both Muslims and Non-Muslims.
As a member of MCAN we are looking forward to you all participating and volunteering for all the events. We cannot achieve great success without the involvement and participation of MCAN's members.
